So this summer (due to everyone in the team having lives) only a small amount of footage was captured. However, plans are being made so some filming can be captured during the end of the summer holidays, preferably before Jacko goes to uni.

More thinking and planning has been put into this film, with efforts to keep things funny yet spontaneous, one mistake we made in the second film was not keeping the camera rolling. We missed a lot of funny stuff off shot.
We've also been experimenting with different toys and gadgets, some of that test film is quite funny. You might be able to see that at some point.

But, until then, the Jackarse team will get up to their usual hi-jinx and side projects which you can find out about on age's blog, and on the piabpro homepage.

Age's blog will be basically show you comic strip-esque comments over real pictures of real events with many of the team from Union Jackarse, so no doubt you'll recognise a few faces.
The piabpro homepage will give you updates on other projects not revolving around Jackarse...

but like I say, time will tell all I was say is there's 2 things the UJA team are thinking of working on.

Operation Spam

Here's your chance to win a copy of "Union Jackarse II - The Return Of The Kings" on DVD. We have a number of DVD's to give away and all you have to do is submit a number!

How to win
To be in the chance to win a copy of the DVD firstly you need to acquire a Union Jackarse Spam Ticket.
A spam ticket is a card that will be given to you by one of the members of the jackarse team while we're either filming somewhere, or while handing out the tickets in a local highstreet.

Once you've been given your ticket there will be a card code written on it somewhere, go onto the uja forums here, and post your ticket card code along with your name and email address.

Overview:

- Register your unique card code.
- Wait to see if you've won.

First Day of Filming

So today was a very knackering first day of filming Union Jackarse III - Reservoir Dorks. Overall, it was a good day, but that waso nly because we managed to come up with some spontaneous ideas to try.

It would have been better if more people were able to be there but they weren't so we had to adapt.

Simon faked a syndrome but that one has to be re-done because Gav zoomed into a wall instead of focusing on Simon, but nevermind that can be done again anytime between now and the end of the year.

We finished how we pretty much started actually, as we went out to a few locations in Kent and filmed Jackson ripping it up on his Skateboard.

But eventually at the skatepark it all got abit too much, so we stuck a camera in his face. As you do.

The day was funny, but it could have been better as we all agreed later on. Not sure when the next filming session is at the moment, but i'm too knackered to care at the moment.

Tonight, the night before the first day of filming and some of the guys are bigging up down the pub, chilling out, having a laugh. The usual.

Meeting 02

Not too long ago on the 24th of March the UJA team had the second meeting to bring forward even more ideas for the new film this year. Quite a "big" turn out too as we were greated with gav, ryan, emma, and sam.

A fair few ideas were passed around about various new stunts and sketchs to try out. We also set a date for the first day of film, the following wednesday (30th March).

Many a good laugh, much fun had by all, i think. haha. Bring on the filming!

Meeting 01

Its a new year and been about 2 months since the UJA II premiere and a good 5 or 6 months since we last filmed. So on the 27th of February we had our first meeting about the making of Union Jackarse III at the same location as the UJA II Premiere.

Not all the UJA team could attend as some were away at university still but those that could make it came up with some great ideas for this years project.

We came up with a list of about 20 things to do, one was quite a big idea, but I'm afraid you'll have to wait until the film is released until you find out what it is. Unless of course you happen to see us out and about doing it, in whichcase, we might tell you.

Danny (left) also came up with a great name for the film, Reservoir Dorks, almost immediately everyone agreed that the name really worked. And so a small part of Union Jackarse III was born.

UJA II - Premiere

The night of the premiere (21-12-04) started well as many of the team met up a few hours before the premiere to prepar for the big night. We all had a few beers, set up the dvd's for sale and then chilled out until the first few people arrived. As expected Loz and Denne had a fight lol, but nothing serious or meaningful.

As the people turned up some of the team became abit nervious about it all, but once the film got rolling and everyone started laughing it was alot more confortable.

And quite a few people turned up. It was quite surprising actually because some of us didn't think it was going to be quite so sucessful. But the showing went well and even the bonus features such as the interviews and stuff were shown too.

Overall the night went well, i think everyone that went enjoyed it and we even sold a few dvd's, since then even more dvd's have been sold which is rewarding to know. But what i think was most successful was the organisation and the planning of it all, even down to the sign outside the hall lol.
Bring on the new year, the next film and the next premiere too.

A big thank you to all those who came and an even bigger thank you to the people that have bought the dvds and spread the world about the films.

The Union Jackarse team has made two films so far with a third on the way:

	"The first film (Union Jackarse) was considered more of a pilot since we've made it, it was a test. After doing this film we could see where we were going wrong and what we should avoid doing, also we led us to what we were good at and what we can do better. Most importantly is was alot of fun".
	"In UJA 2 we could do more of the things we wanted to do in the first one, only alot better and funnier. I personally think this one is alot better, especially how we all managed to put it together in a shorter space in time. We kind of pushed a few more boundaries too, set us a new challenge."
	"This film, well at the moment, i don't know how this will turn out. It could be better than the past, or it could be worse. This is definately the final film, but we all wanna finish on a high too. Which is probably why we wanna pull out all the stops for it. We wanna continue the fun and learn from the mistakes."

Welcome to the Union Jackarse (UJA) website!

As you may or may not know Union Jackarse is a project that was picked up by the Piss About Production team back in late 2002/early 2003. Union Jackarse is basically a British version of the hit movie and Tv series "Jackass".
And the name came about from the unison of the "Unionjack" (British flag) and the word arse, which is the UK aquivilant of ass.

In the Summer of 2003 Union Jackarse was born, filmed, and edited all within the space of a few months. The film lasted just over 40 minutes and so it was deemed more of a pilot. There was only one version created and on VHS too. But that'll change...

In 2003 the guys filmed Union Jackarse II - The Return Of The Kings over the summer months. Edited in the autumn and winter the film last just over an hour and 10 minutes was aired to the general public on the 21st of December. The film was also available on DVD with an extra 20-30 minutes of bonus footage.

Now in 2005 the Piss About Production (piabpro) team are eager to once again take on the roles and produce the final film in the Union Jackarse saga.
Union Jackarse III - Reservoir Dorks is rumoured to be the best of the three films and set to be filmed throughout the year.

Over the next up and coming months this website will give you an insight into the creation of the film.
After every filming day, meeting and production session this website will give you latest news, pictures and exclusive content.
